School Management Information System for a Multi-Level College
North Central Mindanao College serves students from elementary through tertiary education in Lanao del Norte. Swiftlyph developed a school management information system that brings student access, pre-registration, enrolment preparation, academic schedules, payments, and scholarship workflows into one online portal.
The Challenge
The college needed to move high-volume administrative journeys beyond in-person queues and disconnected forms. New and returning students require different registration paths, while admissions, the registrar, accounting, and scholarship teams need dependable information across education levels without making routine school processes difficult to complete on mobile devices.

The Outcome
NCMC has a centralized digital service layer for the administrative journeys students use most. Applicants can begin registration online, returning students can prepare for enrolment, and authenticated users can access schedules and submit payment information without relying entirely on campus queues. The platform also provides foundations for scholarship processing, alumni services, and continued operational improvements.
